The RT-Pay app offers a streamlined solution for participants enrolled in clinical trials to manage and submit their reimbursement requests for eligible expenses. This application allows subjects to conveniently upload receipts and input travel addresses, which facilitates accurate mileage calculations. Additionally, users can save preferred addresses for future use, enhancing the app's usability.

Upon submission of a reimbursement request, an administrator reviews the submission and renders a decision to either approve or deny it. Once approved, the corresponding amount is promptly loaded onto the subject's RT-Pay stipend card. Participants receive a text notification confirming that their card has been funded, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.

Moreover, the RT-Pay app provides the flexibility for subjects to enter receipts and save them for later submission, accommodating varying timelines for reimbursement requests. Overall, this tool not only simplifies the reimbursement process for clinical trial participants but also significantly reduces the time frame within which sponsors can process these requests, ultimately improving the overall experience of trial participation.
